How much water do you need?




1/2 your body weight in ounces, plus one cup of water per hour of exercise is ideal for your body, you can also add 1 tsp of Celtic sea salt into your water for added minerals.


Often times being thirsty can trigger feelings of hunger.

If you are hungry, and it's not quite time for your next meal

First, reflect and ask what is going on in your mind, there are many instances where our body is seeking comfort from a feeling of boredom, overwhelm, or anger. Are you feeling any of those emotions? Or any other negative emotion that your body will want to compensate for with the dopamine response of food?


Once you have done the work, now drink some water. It is important to do the work, otherwise, we will not learn and understand why we are wanting to eat.
