  • What should I wear / bring?
    Wear something comfortable, easy to move in, and made of cotton (less slick). Please bring a water bottle, make sure you have filled out your health history form on the confirmation email before you come in, and credit card or health savings accounts for payment.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • What are the benefits of Rossiter for athletes?
    Athletes are constantly shortening their connective tissue, and also laying down layers of scar tissue to reinforce their over use patterns...causing uneven wear and tear in their joint over time. Rock hard muscle is tight, angry and capable of injury even during the smallest of tasks. Rossiter helps you rebalance your symmetry by restoring the natural function, and elasticity in your connective tissues keeping your body happy, healthy, and injury free.
  • My head hurts after a Rossiter Session, is that normal?
    Headaches after Rossiter are usually an indication that your body needs more water. Try to drink a tall glass of water, and maybe take a gentle walk. If you feel confident that you are drinking enough water, talk to your Rossiter coach at your next session. They may guide you through breathing exercises to make sure you aren't overly tensing your muscles throughout your session.
  • Do you have significant other discounts?
    We do offer significant other discount membership plans. The discount is 20% off same or lesser value membership.

  • Will unused sessions rollover?
    Unused sessions rollover for 3 months. After 3 months of inactivity, unused sessions will expire. We do this to encourage regular maintenance, your body will greatly benefit from regular Rossiter sessions and less so from three months worth of sessions squeezed into three weeks. Please talk to us about unusual circumstance, we understand that life happens, and want to do what's best for you and your body. You can also share any sessions that you do not use with anyone you think would benefit from your sessions.

  • How quickly does Contour Light work and what results can I expect?
    Results can be seen immediately. Individuals have lost anywhere from two inches to eighteen inches over the course of a few sessions. Individual results vary. Nutrition Coaching is recommended for faster, more sustainable results and overall health.
  • Does Contour Light help with loose skin?
    Anecdotal evidence suggests that clients undergoing Contour Light have noticed an improvement in skin tone and texture.
  • How long is a Contour Light treatment and what does it feel like?
    Clients can expect to feel a gentle, warm sensation. Most individuals read, play with their phones, or take a nap during the 20-minute Contour Light session which can feel very much like a spa treatment. The session is completed with 10 minutes of Whole Body Vibration to enhance movement of fat molecules through the lymphatic system to be burned for energy.
  • How can I optimize my Contour Light results?
    Hydration and exercise daily are critical. Drink plenty of water (Ideally half your body weight in oz's) spread out throughout the day to flush the fat from the system. Diuretics (coffee, alcohol, etc.) are discouraged. The client should be active and burn 350 calories every day during their choice of HIIT exercise. For 10+ lbs of weight loss for good. We highly recommend the whole body reset. Most places charge $2500 for just the coaching...but you get everything for less than that.
  • What areas of the body can I treat?
    Essentially all parts of the body where subcutaneous deposits of fat can be found (waist, hips, thighs, arms, chin) may be treated with Contour Light, especially those resistant to diet and exercise. The pads can be placed anywhere to also help increase healing, and pain free pain relief.
  • How is Contour Light different from liposuction?
    Liposuction is an invasive procedure involving the mechanical removal of fat cells which causes bruising and is expensive. By contrast, Contour Light is completely non-invasive, pain free, shrinks the fat cells, and is more affordable.
  • Does Contour Light help with loose skin?

  • What are the side effects?
    There are zero side effects. The treatment is painless and normal activities can be resumed immediately.
  • How long will results last?
    Contour Light does not destroy fat cells but empties them of their content which means that fat cells are capable of re-storing fat should the client have a chronic caloric imbalance. A balanced diet is the only way to ensure long-term improvement. Clients who eat more calories than they burn will see their improvement decrease over time.
  • How many treatments will I need and how often should I have the treatment?
    This depends on how many pounds you want to lose: Under 5lbs weight loss and 3 to 5 inches = approximately 6 sessions 5lbs to 20lbs weight loss and 5 to 12 inches = approximately 10 sessions 20lbs or more = 10 to 20 Sessions Sessions are done 2 to 3 times per week until the treatment course is completed.
  • Would more sessions lead to better results?
    Yes, additional treatments will lead to improved results. An additional series of Contour Light sessions can begin immediately after the first series.
  • Why should clients avoid alcohol during the Contour Light process?
    There are three main reasons why alcohol should be avoided with Contour Light: 1. Alcohol is a diuretic and it is critical that the body stays optimally hydrated throughout the treatment program. 2. Alcohol also contains a lot of calories: a 5-ounce glass of red wine packs 100 calories! This directly conflicts with the recommendations of the program which calls for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. 3. Third and most importantly, alcohol is processed as fat by the liver which directly restricts the body’s ability to process the newly liberated fat. Once liberated by Contour Light, the fat that is not used up as energy to fuel the body’s normal metabolic needs is processed by the liver using enzymes. The total amount of fat being processed at any given time is limited by the amount of enzymes produced by the liver. Alcohol is processed as fat by the liver using the same enzymes. So, when the liver is busy processing alcohol, it is not able to process the fat liberated by Contour Light. Hence more time/treatments are required to achieve results.
  • Is the BioCharger NG a medical device?
    No, it is a subtle energy revitalization platform that wirelessly projects pulsed electromagnetic energy through a predefined range of frequencies that can include radio, sound, and light.
  • How can electrical and magnetic currents improve health and enhance recovery?
    Every cell in the body has a measurable difference in electrical voltage across the outer cell membrane. This voltage is called the trans-membrane potential and it powers proper cell function, regulating the intake of nutrients and elimination of wastes from the cell. Nobel prize winner Otto Von Warburg confirmed that normal, healthy cells have trans-membrane potentials of approximately 70 to 100 millivolts, while fatigued, impaired, and sick cells exhibit progressively lower voltages, which drop to as low as 15 millivolts in cancerous, diseased cells. The BioCharger platform generates a rich electromagnetic energy field that affects the whole body simultaneously, from head to toe – brain matter to bone marrow. This field replicates a full spectrum of natural frequencies that exist in the terrestrial atmosphere all around us, all the time outdoors. Each molecule, cell, or organ of the body has a unique electromagnetic frequency and signature, so if a cell or organ is imbalanced, it’s normal frequency is slightly altered and detuned. By broadcasting a rich EM field that inherently includes each cell’s normal healthy frequencies, the BioCharger re-introduces the optimum energy blueprint and its optimal resonant frequency.
  • How is the BioCharger connected to an individual? Can multiple people use it simultaneously?
    The BioCharger requires no physical contact and its operation is non-invasive. You simply place yourself in a relaxed position, sitting or standing, approximately 3-5 feet from the unit and let the transmitted energy waves pour through you. You do not have to attach any wires, pads, electrodes, or other connectors. The electromagnetic waves, like radio waves, pass through everything within its broadcast range, which is approximately 10 to 15 feet. Typically, having 1-4 users per session is recommended and comfortable, although there really is nothing preventing larger group sessions. The power of the EM field decreases sharply as the distance from the platform increases. We call it a platform because it hosts and generates four energy types, not just one.
  • How often should you use the BioCharger?
    Many users report beneficial and remarkable results from sitting in front of the BioCharger unit for as little as 30 seconds to 4 minutes, once a day. We have observed 10 minutes per session to be generally sufficient to energize individuals. With regards to improving and optimizing athletic performance, clients report that in addition to the above regimen, use of the BioCharger NG unit for approximately 15 minutes on the day of an athletic event is very beneficial.
  • What can I expect?
    Most people feel very relaxed and tranquil during a session. It’s recommended to consider a single intention during a session (5-15 minutes), generally focusing on overcoming whatever challenge you are facing. There is little question that our thoughts and emotions can affect our health, wellness or healing process in a positive or negative way. People who focus on single intentions repeatedly, tell us they feel rejuvenated, more mental clarity, happier, and typically sleep better.
  • Are there any negative effects?
    Rarely do we hear of any negative effects associated with the use of the BioCharger. One - if any - is that if a user jumps into their BioCharger journey too quickly, too strong - as opposed to "low and slow" - they can have some mild detoxing effects. This is typically akin to a brief headache feeling, and that's it.
  • Why is your coaching only online?
    Coaching works remarkably well online because: You don't need to drive to a location, and then find parking. You can take the call from your PJ's or your kiddo's soccer game. (use your idle time, making it easy for you to take time for yourself!)
  • How does life coaching differ from consulting? Therapy? Sports coaching? A best friend? Weight loss coach?
    Well, for starters. It's so different. Yes, a lot of people think that they feel so much better after our Rossiter sessions, but still they have not allowed me to turn on my coach hat all the way- because I want permission to do so. In coaching, I lovingly show you your mind, and help you decide what you want. I show you what is in the way, so that we can overcome the obstacles. We celebrate the wins you forgot to celebrate, we focus on the steps that we can make towards trusting ourselves. We together, are goign to make a plan that works well for YOU. I have templates that we can work off of, but ultimately there is no one size fits all. Life coaching supports all of life, which supports our lasting pain relief, and our weight loss. It's amazing how many things that when we support our life through our mind, everything else unravels and we get our power back in our lives.
  • How much does Life Coaching usually cost?
    Most coaches starting off charge a minimum of $100 a session. many charge $500-$10,000 for a 6 month package. (That is not the outliers, this is the normal numbers for fairly new coaches!) We charge $75 when you pay per session, or $50 when you buy 6 session package of life coaching. When you are a Rossiter member or have bought a Contour Light Package you get 4 sessions included into your membership.
  • How long must I commit to working with a coach?
    The longer you go, the more freedom you get. It's amazing how long I have been on my awareness journey and I keep finding reasons for keeping my coach. Life doesn't stop being lifey, it's been a phenomenal thing in my life to have coaches help me understand my mind. That being said, it is highly recommended to do 3 months for good results, and for even better results 6 months. Especially when we are trying to break some big habits, such as over eating, or body shaming. These things that we have a lot of resistance to, we have many stories that we get to unwind.
  • Can I hire a life coach for a short-term, special project?
    Yes. Some clients hire a life coach to help them achieve a specific objective or project (weight loss or pain relief are two very common objectives). Many of our clients choose to continue working with Ellen after their initial goals are accomplished because there are even more interesting things to do!
  • Can life coaching hurt someone?
    No. The client is always responsible for their own life and ultimately, makes their own decisions and takes their own actions. The job of the life coach is to provide positive support and encouragement. While a life coach might challenge you to think differently or suggest that you try a different or even radical approach than you would normally take, the client must decide whether to take the advice or not. Life coaches do not in any way control the client’s thoughts, actions or life. If you feel bad after a coaching call, for any reason, please let your Ellen know about it. It is probably a miscommunication or it could be that her coaching style is not working for you. 90% of the time or more you should feel uplifted and motivated to take action at the end of each coaching call. You should certainly feel good about yourself and your accomplishments.
  • Can a dependency be created between coach and client?
    No. The client may need the life coach in order to maximize an opportunity or accelerate their personal growth, yet not be dependent on the life coach. Anyone who has big goals can benefit from the structure, advice, and support of an certified life coach, so in that sense, yes, a life coach is needed. As far as creating an emotional or psychological dependency, not to worry. Life coaches work with people who are healthy and successful on their own. Life coaches do not resolve therapy issues. If you start to feel dependent on your life coach, get a therapist!
  • Why would people who are already successful hire a life coach?
    Life coaching CHANGED my life. In every single way. It allowed me to take it back, not take life so seriously, have more fun, build the business of my dreams. Not create from scarcity, trust people. And not need to binge eat because I was so mad at myself for not having control over my body. I owe my beautiful life to life coaching- which is why I wanted to get trained in it!! If you think you are successful now, life coaching will only make you more successful. I guarantee it. When you have less drama in your brain, and you are able to think clearly and not from our natural instincts of fight or flight- when we have someone there to create trust for yourself and your brain. You can do and create so much more with so much more ease. It will blow your mind. Are you ready?!
  • Shouldn't I be able to reach my goals on my own?
    Well sure...but one of my favorite mantra's is let others learn the hard lesson, and I want to learn from those that have learned it. So why use your most precious resource time, instead of learning from those that want to help you achieve your goals? We know so much about how to support the body, and the mind. Having someone there in your corner, rooting for you, reminding you of your goals, showing you your obstacles- there is no better way to get to a different outcome than having someone there alongside with you. There are just too many blindspots where we stub our toes without someone else there with a different perspective. These truths that we believe, for example: I will always be fat. We take this as truth - but that is not truth. That is just a thought we keep on thinking. When we know this, and catch many compounding thoughts- is how we can create an entirely different outcome. An outcome of self-trust, and maybe, just maybe self-love.
  • Why is life coaching so popular?
    I think we got sick of being so annoyed all the time. I realized life was so much harder than I knew it had to be. I was always sad, always angry. I started to question why. it was because I was putting all my power outside of myself. When I started life coaching, I realized that just because something happened, doesn't mean I have to be angry. I am creating that anger through the thought I am thinking about that thing. When I can realize I can think a different thought about my goal, and have a realization of the thoughts I am thinking all day. I have more energy, and more power in my life. I get more done, and I create a dream life for others. I show more people what is possible. I think through many people learning about life coaching, more and more people are starting to realize that all this pressure, and pain we are putting ourselves through isn't inevitable. We have the power to control our thoughts which drive our feelings, actions, behaviors and outcomes in our life.
  • Why does life coaching produce such rapid change?
    Life coaching works for several reasons: Synergy between the life coach and client creates momentum and enthusiasm. Better goals are set — ones that naturally motivate the client. The client develops new skills, which lead to greater success. (& more fun!) Coaching provides a structure of support. Left to our own devices, most people start out with the best intentions and then hit a snag and either get derailed completely or delayed for a long time. Coaching with Ellen can help you quickly bust through snags and inevitable road blocks in life so that more is accomplished with less struggle and less effort in a remarkably short period of time. Objectivity. Your coach is an objective, positive supporter. Not everyone is lucky enough to have such a friend or colleague to provide this. If you’ve been doing it solo, try seeing how much more you can accomplish with your own personal coach!
  • Where does the life coach focus with an average client?
    We focus where the client wants us to focus: Your goals are our goals. Some suggestions are: Body Positivity/weight loss self-trust connecting in with the healing of the body trusting our body has our "back" we can also just focus on what ever is "burning" for you. Whatever is really on your mind. Lots of times this is exactly what we need clarity on to build whatever our goal is anyways. Every road leads to Rome. It's amazing how something that seems so distant from our goal, can be the one piece that allows us to have compassion or whatever emotion we need for our journey.
