To achieve this and grow our “buckets of love” (TVR Clinics), we are all committed to coming together to achieve 73 new Rossiter clients per month and 22 Red Light Therapy Sessions daily. We move very fast around here- we are more efficient every day and create systems, so we are more prepared each time we do something- we get ridiculous results. We practice what we preach and realize that to serve our clients best, we must be committed to managing our minds, body, and our wellness.

 

We talk about issues out in the open-we like everyone to be in the know. We tell the truth to each other. We have 0 tolerance for gossip or drama. We change our minds a lot because we are willing to learn by taking action. We know something is a good idea by trying it out with all of our hearts. We spend less time thinking about what we will do and more time doing it. We don’t want anyone to be stressed or too busy.

 

We always arrive 15 minutes before our first session starts and attend every meeting on time. We always back each other up. We rely on great processes and keep them accurate and usable. We represent TVR by wearing professional clothing. We love empowering ourselves, our co-workers, and especially our clients,  through constantly educating ourselves.

You’ll be great in this role if you:

  • Are passionate about health and wellness and live an active and healthy lifestyle.

  • Can demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and consistent service level to clients and staff.

  • Can use metrics to identify and solve operational issues, as well as other opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiencies.

  • Adept in handling human resources and employee relations issues or escalating when needed

  • Willingness to assist with any task and encourage a cooperative environment.

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in store management in a customer-facing business, supervisory experience in a retail setting, or similar.

  • Have the ability to work fluctuating schedules

  • - The center hours vary between 7am-8pm

Essential Functions:

  • Schedule appointments for 2 multi-practitioner Rossiter studios.

  • Answer phone calls and address client questions and concerns.

  • Call clients to help them reschedule missed appointments.

  • Explain member benefits, pricing, HSA, and FSA policies, and take payments.

  • Contribute to a client-oriented culture through exemplary customer service.

  • Set up BioCharger sessions.

  • Set up Red Light Therapy (RLT) sessions for clients (must be comfortable asking clients to disrobe down to underwear/bikini).

  • Support clients in their health journey and answer any questions about the process.

  • Learn Red Light Therapy's (RLT) health benefits and explain those benefits to clients.

  • Use coaching sessions to connect with clients to understand their goals, motivations, and challenges

  • Acquire new clients, retain current clients, and make outbound calls to re engage inactive clients.

  • Assist with daily activities including outbound client outreach, inventory stocking, and daily in-store operations.

  • Learn the health benefits of the BioCharger and explain those benefits to clients.

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Higher education/certification preferred but optional in these fields: exercise physiology, kinesiology, healthcare administration, massage therapy, RadTech, Certified Personal Trainer, athletic trainer, physical therapy assistant, etc.

  • Must be able to lift, push and pull over 25 pounds regularly, walk and work on your feet for long periods, and kneel, bend over, and reach above your head without a problem.

  • Hourly: $DOE - 20-30 hrs/week

  • 2 Free Rossiter Stretching Sessions per month

  • Free Unlimited BioCharger

  • Unlimited Full body RLT/Body Contour Sessions with Facial upgrade per month

  • Cross-training and advancement into other positions in the office, including Rossiter Stretching Coach, marketing, accounting, administration, networking, etc.
