Whole body vibration – a turbo booster for removing fat
Whole Body Vibration (WBV) plates are scientifically designed to force your muscles to stretch and contract very rapidly in very small increments. The lymphatic system & why it is important to fat loss

However, the lymphatic system does not have a central pump like the circulatory system does in the heart. Individuals have lost anywhere from two inches to eighteen inches over the course of a few sessions. Individual results vary. Nutrition Coaching is recommended for faster, more sustainable results and overall health.
How long is a Contour Light treatment and what does it feel like?
Clients can expect to feel a gentle, warm sensation. Most individuals read, play with their phones, or take a nap during the 20-minute Contour Light session which can feel very much like a spa treatment. The session is completed with 10 minutes of Whole Body Vibration to enhance movement of fat molecules through the lymphatic system to be burned for energy.
How can I optimize my Contour Light results?
Hydration and exercise daily are critical. Drink plenty of water (ideally at least 64 ounces of water) spread out throughout the day to flush the fat from the system. Diuretics (coffee, alcohol, etc.) are discouraged. The client should be active and burn 350 calories every day during their choice of cardio exercise.
What areas of the body can I treat?
Essentially all parts of the body where subcutaneous deposits of fat can be found (waist, hips, thighs, arms, chin) may be treated with Contour Light, especially those resistant to diet and exercise.
How is Contour Light different from liposuction?
