Hydration!




During this Whole Body Reset, you will drink only water, herbal tea, black coffee, or black tea. All sweeteners are a big no-no (including artificial ones- even the "healthier" stevia and monk fruit). Sweeteners keep your sweet tooth strong, and make it much harder to be successful in the long haul). And, there’s no alcohol on this list. Think of this alcohol-free time as bliss for your liver.


How much water should you drink?

half of your body weight in ounces

plus a cup of water for every hour of exercise


this is especially important to be hydrated before your inbody assessment, and on the days that you do the body contour because it will help flush out that unwanted fat released from your cells!
