The most important tool you have when it comes to changing behavior is your thinking.

Your thoughts create your feelings (all those feelings you are trying to avoid)

Your habitual thoughts create your urges and your over desires.

Your feelings and urges cause you to overeat.

Tomorrow is the day we start our food protocol. Are you all prepped and ready to go?

journaling prompt: write down every single thought that you are having. How are you going to accomplish your goal? What is it going to take from you every single day? What does it mean for you to accomplish your goal? What does your future you feel like when they feel amazing in their skin, and in their clothes? What fun things are they doing?
